I stayed in this villa (number 1) in July 2019 and absolutely loved my time there. The two rooms and private pool make it ideal to have guests and entertaining is easy with the kitchenette.

Unfortunately post-covid this villa is very much a disappointment, There has no been upkeep of the property and it is very run down.
