Booking Enquiries
Once we received an enquiry we will contact you with confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax), and the amount of deposit required (50% of total rental value).

Confirmed Reservation
On confirmation of a booking we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental value to be paid. The remaining 50% of the rental value is required to be paid in full 45 days before the booking date.

Changes to Bookings
Any request to change a booking must be made in writing. villasinbali.com will endeavour to accommodate booking changes but this will only occur subject to availability of the rental property.

Cancellation Policy
We requires that all cancellations are notified in writing. (Fax or email is acceptable.)
Upon cancelation of a booking, a minimum of three months notice is required before the booked arrival date to allow any deposits paid to be refunded. Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date will not be refunded and all monies paid as deposit will forfeited. Final payments are non refundable.

Our Seasons
Unless otherwise noted our booking seasons are:

Minimum Stays and Rental Rates ( Minimum night's stays are as follows ) :
Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 5 nights
Peak Season: 10 nights

Shorter stays are handled on a case by case basis.
Rental rates also vary according to the season and rental rates are subject to change without notice.
