The splendid fan-cooled living pavilion is open to the garden, the sea breezes and the view. The room is so large that it features three distinct sitting areas, one of which is furnished with sofas and chairs set around a large-flat screen TV and DVD player. Cooled by ceiling fans it is furnished with two solid wood tables (one large and one small) that can be brought together to make a dining table for ten, complete with wicker chairs. A self-contained ‘butler’ kitchen is tucked away out of sight, adjacent to the living pavilion. It is equipped with an oven and gas hob, a large fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The villa’s main kitchen is located between the staff quarters and the garage.
