fully manage your villa in Bali and thereby freeing you from all
the hassle involved in managing and running your villa in Bali.
We are currently managing several villas for our clients. Please

Staffing
We have a pool of experienced staff for various tasks
like cooking , baby sitting , gardening, servants, etc.
In case you already have staff who you wish to
retain we also provide training for them. Please tell us your
requirement and we will arrange a training program accordingly.
We will also handle the needs of your staff ,
pay their salaries , listen to their feedback and also make
sure that they perform their duties as assigned.
Guest Relations
We can provide outstanding services to your guests,
similar to what you may expect in a star rated hotel.
We will take care of their needs starting with
a pick-up upon arrival in Bali. We will function as their contact
person for any requirements or complaints they might have. We
can book and confirm their flights and tour , arrange functions,
parties and cater to their everyday needs.
We will also assist them in case of an accident
or illness.
In short we will make sure that your guest's
stay at your villa will become truly pleasant experience.

Villa Maintenance
A well run Villa requires constant maintenance and attention
to details in order to maintain a high level of comfort to its
tenants.
Our service includes:
- Control of all facilities and equipment
- Replacement such as breakage for cookware, glassware, light
bulbs, furniture etc..
- Swimming pool maintenance if applicable
- Supervision during repairs of roofs, plumbing, drainage
etc..
- Pest control
Reporting
In order to keep you updated we will provide you with a monthly
report including Accounting and financial reporting (Staff expenses,
guests accounts, repair expenses,etc.). Additionally we will
notify you via telephone, fax or e-mail on any events on your
property.
Fees
For properties in South Bali we provide a special introductory
package for minimum period of 1 year starting from US$ 300 to
US$ 600 per month Depending on the size of the property and
your individual requirements. Payable quarterly in advance.
All out of pockets expenses ie. maids salaries and maintenance
cost will be charge separately from the above.
